John is a medical doctor trained in emergency medicine, and currently runs a medical software company. John lives near Sydney, Australia with his wife Julia, and children Jack and Daisy. Daisy is affected by ML II/III alpha/beta.

Prior to studying medicine, John worked in sales and marketing, and has degrees in business and finance. John received first-class honours in his medical degree and has several academic publications and international research presentations to his name. John’s business has been part of the “Deloitte Fast 50” three years in a row.

John is excited and motivated to contribute to the search for a cure for mucolipidosis.
